Please arrive at the meeting point at 8:10 am for check-in (departure at 8:30 am sharp).

Tours depart on time — late shows / no shows may be rescheduled but not refunded.

Maximum group size: 21 people per guide. Transport may be shared with other Castlexperience groups.

The guide accompanies the group from Barcelona through the Montserrat visit and drops guests at the restaurant. Guests dine independently during the gourmet lunch (no guide during the meal), and rejoin the group at the pick-up point for the return coach.

The tour can be booked as a private format on request.

We cater for dietary allergies and restrictions — please notify us at booking so the kitchen can prepare an adapted gourmet menu.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menus available on request with advance notice.

Wear comfortable shoes and clothes — there is some walking at Montserrat and on uneven ground around the monastery. The final walk from the coach parking to the restaurant is approximately 100 metres.

Temperatures at Montserrat tend to be more extreme than in Barcelona — check the forecast and bring a layer. Water and sun protection recommended in summer.

Reduced mobility: please contact us before booking — the Black Madonna and parts of the monastery involve stairs.
